5 Star Experience from start to finish! Chris Pasa was great to work with – we were seeking to replace 6 windows in an area of our home that was an addition from the 80’s. He took measurements, asked us a few questions about style preferences, and got us a quote quickly. There was no long sales pitch at the kitchen table, no attempt to upsell the remaining windows at our house, just a simple transaction of understanding what we were looking for and then making it happen!

I have serious trepidation with home repair vendors but I am pleased to report that Mark Fadely and his crew did an excellent job. He explained the options , helped us secure financing and his installation team was professional and through. If I have one complaint it is the time between ordering and installation but I don’t think they is as much Mark’s issue as it is the current supply chain bottlenecks.
Overall , this was one of my better home repair decisions.

Fadely Home Designs replaced 25 windows in our home. Mark and his installers were wonderful to work with. The installers were respectful of our home & left things clean inside and out after each day of work. The new windows look great and operate like a dream! After several months of researching window manufacturers and installers, we selected Fadely Home Design to replace 20 casement windows and 2 sliding glass doors in our house. We chose the Okna line of Energy Star rated windows, which are custom-built to fit each frame. Mark Fadely, the company’s owner, came out with his crew chief two times to carefully measure the windows for order. It took about four months between our initial consultation and the start of installation.
We had just had our house interior painted before the windows installation and were concerned that the process might damage the finish on the interior trims, but it did not. It took five days of work by a three-person crew led by Michael Alison to complete the job. They were friendly and encouraged us to ask any questions that we might have while they were working. One of the sliding glass doors initially gave the installers trouble while they were fitting it into our original frame, but they took extra time with it that day until they were sure that the operation of the door was completely level and smooth. We had one small issue with a piece of dislodged trim and Mark cheerfully sent Mike over on the next morning, a Saturday, to fix it.
The Okna windows are beautiful and feel solid when opening or closing. They cost more than Pella or Anderson but the all-metal exteriors, energy savings ratings, and quality of construction are worth it. We are very pleased with our choice of Fadely Home Design for this project and have recommended them to our neighbors and work colleagues who are planning to get similar work done.
They have consistently provided professional and friendly service.
We really liked the idea of using a local company when we were looking to get new Windows. First impression was great. The in-home sales process was far better when comparing the usual suspects that typically want to sit in your house for anywhere from 90 minutes to 2+ hours. 25 minutes Chris had what he needed to get us moving forward.
However, once the windows came in the issues started to appear. We had several windows damaged, which then required replacement parts and windows that needed to be ordered and waited for. While there were no additional costs incurred. We noticed that the windows were extremely dirty and as we cleaned. We found that in most cases there were scratches we didn’t notice for months after being installed.
Part of the issue is the windows were not wrapped when brought onsite to be installed, which makes me think they could have been damaged during transit.
Overall, those we interacted with through Fadely were generally positive, but the product itself has left a lot to be desired. Which is disappointing, because Windows in general are not cheap.
The units have grills that matched our other casement windows on our home.
This is a GREAT CHANGE because we now have ventilation while still maintaining privacy with the lower two thirds being frosted, plus the insulated glazing and framing makes for two more energy efficient units in our master bathroom. We will be sure to enjoy a more comfortable year-round environment.

Chris was very knowledgeable and professional, he was able to explain the window options and measure at the same time. The installation crew was efficient, friendly, prompt and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. We are very happy with our windows and with our experience with Fadely.
We were in the market to replace several windows on our house. Fadely Home Design (FHD) was one of the firms from which we requested a bid on the project. From the initial design of the project through the final painting and staining of the newly installed windows the project was run professionally and courteously FHD worked closely with the local Pella showroom to make sure that we could see the product we wanted. FHD also allowed us to set the project time to fit our schedule. The installer and paint crew showed up on time, did skillful work and cleaned up the work areas well I highly recommend Fadely Home Design for any window replacement project.
We had Fadely install new windows in our home almost two years ago. We had quotes from multiple window companies in the area, but felt Fadely was best equipped to handle our scenario. The previous homeowner decided to install pre-sized windows and used 2×4’s to fill in any space left between the window and the frame. Fadely assured us they could fix the issue, while other companies hemmed and hawed around the topic.
Chris provided us multiple quotes as we were unsure what type of windows we wanted to install. He was very patient and wasn’t pushy like previous sales people that wouldn’t stop showing up at our home and/or calling us at all hours of the day.
Chris & Mark even showed up for our Saturday morning appointment after we’d had a couple inches of snow. We offered to reschedule, but they declined – that’s the type of customer service you are going to get from Fadley.
The installation went off without a hitch and they actually finished a earlier than originally stated.
If you are looking for new windows, I highly recommend Fadely Home Design.
Chris Pasa (sales/project mgr) is knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. He maintained communication with me while my (11) windows were being manufactured, all the way through installation and follow up to ensure I was satisfied.
Pat (installer) was courteous, friendly, and professional. Showed up on-time and worked his tail off until the job was complete and ‘approved’ by customer (me).

We had a great experience with Fadely Home Design. They replaced our front windows and sliding glass door last summer and then did our side and back windows this summer. The quality was excellent, the price was very reasonable, they were easy to work with and the windows and door look great. I also appreciated that Mark worked with us to pick a “wrap” color to blend the window color with our trim. We were so please with how it turned out.
We had an excellent experience with Fadely Home Design. Replaced all (15) windows in 45 year old house. Original measurements and estimate with Mark and price was slightly lower than other quotes. Installation went exactly as planned. Both the installer and painters were timely, professional, respectful and left the worksite clean! I highly recommend using Fadely for your window needs. Mark had also done work for my neighbor would recommended them as well.
We replaced 9 Rockwell wood casement windows (20 sashes total) that were peeling and rotted. We chose the Alside casement window with the upgrade Therm D glass. Mark Fadely, the owner of the company, was very responsive to all my inquiries. Several of my neighbors had used Fadely for window replacement and that was a big plus. Most window replacements use aluminum trim on he exterior around the actual vinyl window. This replaces the previous wood molding and provides a smooth transition to the brick or siding of the house. Fadely’s installers made the aluminum trim look exactly like the previous wood molding. The workmanship of installers Dan and Tim was very impressive. On the interior the installers put a poplar jamb extension between the window and my existing trim. No existing trim had to be removed or damaged in any way! After installation of the window, a painting crew arrived to repaint the interior trim and jamb extension. You really cannot tell if the window was original to the house or not! We received several price quotes for the window job. Fadely was cheaper than any of these quotes. They were even less than the quotes we had to repair the windows! Bottom Line; We have a quality, custom built home and chose Fadely to replace our damaged wood windows with a good quality mid-range Alside window. We would recommend Fadely to anyone for value and quality. I attached an exterior picture showing the impressive trim work around the window and a picture of the interior showing the 1 1/2 inch jamb extension painted to match the trim.
We are very pleased with our new windows. Chris was easy to work with, and we appreciated that he didn’t try high-pressure sales techniques. The price was reasonable and the quality of the installation was great.

We got the require 3 quotes for new windows to replace our 25 year old rotting wood windows and are very pleased we went with Fadely. My husband called 4 companies and Fadely was not the most expensive or least expensive. Their workers were always here, even in the snow and 30 degree weather.

Summer/fall of 2018 was going to involve a couple home improvement projects. Most of my neighbors were also in the midst of projects and most were delayed, not finished on time and overall a pain. One satisfied neighbor (thanks Fred) recommended we contact Fadely for a window estimate. I did and Mark and Chris responded immediately and met with me. They presented a fair bid and after some discussion we agreed in July for installation in October. Right on cue, Mark initiated contact shortly before the schedule to be sure all was set to proceed. Mike and Pat showed up on time to begin the install. They were friendly, prompt, professional and respectful. Finished the install as promised. Then Roger and his son came to stain the interior and finished as promised. We do have one window that still needs to be replaced but I have confidence it will happen as quickly and conveniently as possible. Replacing windows is VERY expensive – however, that was the easiest BIG amount of money I’ve ever spent on a home improvement project. Thanks Fadely Home Design.

Mark, the owner, presented his Alside Mezzo Window product very persuasively and well. He was low pressure, answered all of our questions and referred us to look at homes of individuals who had replaced windows in his neighborhood. This is the second time we’ve used Fadely Home design. They replaced all our upstairs windows several year ago. They were just as amazing the second time around. They showed up on the day we were scheduled. Installation went quickly and the work quality was impeccable. Jay (from the installation crew) even came back on the first Saturday after installation to adjust a window in the kitchen that was installed by another company several years ago. He spent almost an hour adjusting a window that wasn’t even a Fadely window. That’s going above and beyond! We would highly recommend Fadely Home Design for your window replacement needs.

new front door 2 years ago and had an excellent
experience, so we went with them for this project. The wood on the exterior of our house was peeling and we needed to decide between painting or replacing with siding.
