I couldn’t be happier. From the honesty and responsiveness of the salesperson (Chris Pasa) to the efficiency and quality of the installers (Danny and Jay and their teams). There was no “high pressure” sales tactics, no attempts to sell me more than I wanted, just honest, direct communication. The windows are better quality than many replacement vinyl windows and the installers clearly cared about doing a good job and cleaning up after themselves. I have used them one time 5 years ago and was equally delighted and I will use only them in the future if possible!

We love our customers and realize they always have stories worth telling. Nancy is a true nature lover. In addition to enjoying nature through her beautiful Alside Vinyl Patio Doors, 3 lite sliders and double hung windows, she hatches Monarch Butterflies from a chrysalis in her home. It’s a fascinating process. I enjoyed learning about the process. What a fun and satisfying hobby to have.
The first photo shows a small caterpillar. I put a dime next to it to give some perspective. The 2nd photo shows that same small caterpillar plus a much larger one that has eaten milkweed leaves for about 12 days and is close to making it’s chrysalis. The last photo shows two chrysalis’. A monarch butterfly will emerge within 11-13 days. The chrysalis turns black right before the monarch emerges.

This home has a beautiful view from Geist Lake’s eastern shore. The original 3-lite casement windows had too much framework for the homeowner’s liking. Beyond that, the exterior wood frames were rotting. As long as the windows needed to be replaced the customers decided to really open the view by changing two triple casements to picture widows. We installed Pella wood/aluminum clad Lifestyle windows with completely open glass. The finished product looks great, and the clients say the sunsets have never looked better!

Fadely replaced a very old exterior door for us with a super nice new one! Their quote for the job was so reasonable, and the visit by the team that provided it was so professional that we didn’t even bother to get a second estimate. Communication was excellent and on the day of the installation the crew showed right on time. They worked so efficiently that the entire project took only a couple of hours. The new fiberglass door will never rot, warp, or rust like other door materials. The fiberglass skin is stained with a special gel-coat process the makes for a stunning appearance.

This Broad Ripple bungalow received a complete makeover as Pella Designer Series casement windows were installed. The customer wanted a modern window with a “period” look to maintain the historic cottage feel.
Stucco home are difficult to work on because the exterior walls can crack and become damaged during window installations. Our expert crew (Danny and Chuck) took their time and completed the project perfectly with no damage to any stucco areas.

This stunning Fishers, Indiana bathroom received a touch of privacy when we installed an Alside vinyl Mezzo window with privacy glass.
The Obscure glass is called rain glass, and it looks like streaks of rain streaming down on the glass. Now the homeowners no longer have to use window coverings when taking a bath. In addition, a lot more light enters the space.

Summer/fall of 2018 was going to involve a couple home improvement projects. Most of my neighbors were also in the midst of projects and most were delayed, not finished on time and overall a pain. One satisfied neighbor (thanks Fred) recommended we contact Fadely for a window estimate. I did and Mark and Chris responded immediately and met with me. They presented a fair bid and after some discussion we agreed in July for installation in October. Right on cue, Mark initiated contact shortly before the schedule to be sure all was set to proceed. Mike and Pat showed up on time to begin the install. They were friendly, prompt, professional and respectful. Finished the install as promised. Then Roger and his son came to stain the interior and finished as promised. We do have one window that still needs to be replaced but I have confidence it will happen as quickly and conveniently as possible. Replacing windows is VERY expensive – however, that was the easiest BIG amount of money I’ve ever spent on a home improvement project. Thanks Fadely Home Design.

I chose Fadely because of their stellar reviews. When I called and left a message, Chris replied to me within an hour. He was always easy to reach and responded promptly to my calls and questions. The window installers were punctual and VERY professional. They were very respectful of my property and cleaned up well after the install. They were very detailed in their work, and the calking job around the interior windows was done quite nicely. We chose the Alside Mezzo replacement windows because they lose the least amount of glass and viewing area. I can’t comment on the quality of the windows as they have only been in a few weeks, but they look nice. Fadely did a very nice job, and their customer service is some of the best I’ve witnessed. I would highly recommend them!

This wall of windows is being replaced with Pella wood/aluminum clad windows that mimic the original perfectly. Special shaped windows such as the archtop unit in this photo must employ precise measuring and manufacturing to fit properly. This Indianapolis Broad Ripple home just had all new Alside Mezzo windows installed. The old windows were single pane wood frame design from the 1940’s. We just finished installing these Pella multi-slide patio doors at this Geist Lake pool house. The doors slide over each other for a completely open-air room when the weather is nice. The doors are designed with high-efficiency glass panels so the space can be comfortable year-round. The homeowner wanted to bring a California style coastal look to their Fishers home! Beautiful panoramic views can be seen from every angle. We will re-post the finished project later this summer.
